1. What’s Included in Your Plan
- Scheduled visits (2 – 3 per year depending on plan)

- Automated scheduling, reminders, and payment processing
- Touch-Up Guarantee (30 days on Preferred Plan only)
2. What’s Not Covered
- The Clear Flow Promise™ does not cover issues caused by:
- Severe weather (wind, hail, heavy rain, freeze)
- Animal activity or nesting
- Structural failure, loose sections, or disconnected downspouts
- Roof damage, shingle grit buildup, or fascia rot
- Underground drain clogs or gutter guards not installed by TEN31 Gutters
- Homes with excessive overhanging trees not disclosed during assessment
- Prior improper installations or unauthorized modifications
3. Service Limitations
- Plans cover routine maintenance only — not emergency calls.
- Additional cleanings can be scheduled at a discounted rate but are outside the Clear Flow Promise™.
- Customers must maintain tree trimming and roof cleanliness between visits.
- Access areas must be safe and unobstructed (no locked gates, vehicles, or pets).
4. Billing & Payment Terms
- All plans bill monthly after the initial Deep Clean.
- Customers may cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
- Missed or failed payments pause service until the account is current.
- Refunds are available if no work has been performed.
5. Service Refusal & Cancellation Policy
- Safety and respect come first. TEN31 Gutters may refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable, including:
- Steep roofs or unstable surfaces
- Electrical hazards or infestations
- Aggressive behavior or unsafe property conditions
- Rotted fascia or damaged attachments
- If service is refused before work begins, your deposit is refunded in full.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
- Delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
- Rescheduling is automatic — we’ll notify you immediately.
7. Homeowner Responsibilities
- Provide safe, clear access to gutters and work areas.
- Secure pets during service.
- Maintain reasonable tree trimming and drainage access.
- Allow electrical or water access if required for flushing or soft-wash services.
- Address any structural repairs identified during inspection.
8. Renewal & Plan Changes
- Plans renew automatically each year unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.
- TEN31 Gutters may adjust pricing or frequency at renewal with written notice.
9. Deep Clean & Assessment Policy
- All new plans begin with a Deep Clean to reset the system.
- Pricing varies by home size and accessibility.
- If you decline service after assessment and no work is done, your deposit is fully refunded.
